Youth Team Practice Begins Tonight!
Attention Parents and Youth Tracksters!
The first practice of the Youth Spring/Summer season is tonight at Wichita State University’s Cessna Stadium Track at 6:00 p.m.! Park in the lot off 21st Street between Cessna Stadium and the Charles Koch Arena Practice Gymnasium. Enter the track through the gate near the parking lot. STC Youth Team Leadership and Informational Meeting
Attention Youth Track Athletes and Parents – Shocker Track Club is pleased to announce new leadership members for the 2015 Spring/Summer season! The leadership members are – Cole Davis (Director), Shamoya Pruitt (Assistant Director), Curtis Hernandez (Head Coach), Anita Curtis (Team Mom). If you missed the first informational meeting, don’t worry, we will have a relaxed practice on Thursday, April 16th from 600p to 700p at the Wichita State Cessna Stadium Track! STC Youth Team for 2015 Outdoor Season
The Shocker Track Club Youth Team will return for the 2015 Outdoor season with new leadership and membership structure. Full details will be announced soon, but mark your calendars for the first informational meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 700p. The meeting location will be announced soon. Practices begin on Tuesday evening, April 21, 2015 at Wichita State University’s Cessna Stadium Track. Send an email to youth@shockertrackclub.com if you would like to be contacted!
Bill Butterworth Masters/Open Track Meet!
The 3rd annual Bill Butterworth Indoor Masters/Open Track Meet will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 , at the Wichita State University Heskett Center. Field Events begin at 900a; running events begin at 100p. This meet is for athletes 19 and older, however, running events up to 3000m and Pole Vault are open to Youth athletes.

Attention Youth Pole Vaulters!!
The Shocker Track Club will offer Youth Pole Vault during the indoor season! An informational meeting, and practice, will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 630p at Northeast Magnet High School, 5550 North Lycée in Bel Aire, Kansas. NE Magnet High is just east of Rock Road on 53rd Street North. The gymnasium is towards the east end of the building. See the documents below for details.

Shocker Track Club is accepting applications for leadership positions for its Youth Team. An informational meeting for interested individuals will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 600p at Northeast Magnet High School – 5550 North Lycée (53rd Street North and Rock Road) in Bel Aire. Completed applications are due on Monday, October 13, 2014. If you are interested in attending the meeting, or have questions about the positions, contact Darren Muci at president@shockertrackclub.com.

3rd Annual Masters Open Meet – September 13th!
There’s still time to register for the 3rd Annual Shocker Track Club “Wichita Masters/Open Track and Field Meet” on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Wichita State University’s Historic Cessna Stadium Track. Registration is open to all athletes ages 19-90+. The Pole Vault is open to Youth competitors.

STC Youth Tracksters Head to Texas and Iowa Eyeing Championships
With only the USATF National Junior Olympics and AAU Junior Olympics remaining this season, 15 STC Youth Athletes headed to Turner Stadium in Humble, Texas, and Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa, for the USATF and AAU Junior Olympics championship meets! We are proud of their hard work and wish them the best!!!

STC Masters and Youth Team Members Take Topeka by Storm
STC Masters Team members Larry Staton, Donna and Steve Wilson, and Tony Sumler, and several members of the Youth Team competed well at the annual Kansas Sunflower Games. Staton won golds in the 100m, 200m, and 400m!
