Youth Team Practice Times and Meet Schedule
Effective Monday, June 2, 2014, Youth Team practices times at WSU Cessna Stadium are as follows –
Monday – 630p to 800p — Meet at the Throws field south of Charles Koch Arena
Tuesday – 630p to 800p — Meet at Cessna Stadium on the track
Wednesday – 630p to 800p — Meet at the Throws field south of Charles Koch Arena @ 630p
Thursdays – 600p – Shocker Summer Series Track Meet. All paid Youth Team members can compete in these meets free of charge.

Shocker Summer Series Meets Begin June 5th!
The Shocker Summer Track & Field Series is almost here! The first night will be Thursday, June 5 at 600p in historic Cessna Stadium at Wichita State University! Registration begins at 500p. Youth Team Starts Summer Competition Season

Elite Team Throwers Head to the Desert
Competing in a stacked field, STC Elite Team Member Chris Cralle threw a PR of 246-11 (75.26m) on Thursday (5/22), and followed that with a throw of 241-08 (73.67m) on Saturday (5/24) to win both Hammer Throw competitions in the Tucson (AZ) Elite Throws Classic. Fellow Elite Team Member Matt Byers competed in the Javelin on Saturday (5/24) and finished 11th with a throw of 225-09 (68.81m). Results are available at this link >> Tucson Elite Throws Results
Elite Team Back in Action Placing High
STC Elite Team members Chris Cralle (Hammer – 2nd place with 74.29m), Chandra Andrews (Hammer – 1st place with 62.25m), Jon Rizzo (Javelin – 2nd place with 65.33m), and Tomas Cotter (800m – 1st place with 1:51.93) competed in the Wildcat Open at Kansas State University on Saturday, May 10th. Andrews then traveled to the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier at Emporia State University for another Hammer throwing victory (58.45m), and the opportunity to meet up with teammates Matt Byers (Javelin – 1st place with 73.03m) and Joshua Manual (100m – 1st place with 10.66).

Interested in competing for the STC Youth team? An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 630p at Cessna Stadium. Practice for high school athletes begins on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 645p on the Cessna Stadium track.
